Delivery Information

Delivery Policy

a. Delivery Range--tasvoe could ship anywhere is in postal service in the world. If your shipping address is a Military or P.O. Box shipping address, you should choose EMS as you shipping method, for other shipping methods couldn't accept the Military and P.O. Box shipping address.

b. tasvoe--All of our orders are shipped as "tasvoe" (Delivered Duties Unpaid), tasvoe.com cannot be held responsible for any accrued additional charges such as taxes, duties or tariffs that may apply to international orders. To find out more about this, please contact your local custom office. All prices on our site are quoted in US Dollars.

c. Cancellation--Once our order has been placed, you may cancel within 24 hours before work as begun on the production of your order. We do not offer cancellation or refund once work has begun on your order. If you are cancelling before work has begun, then we will refund your payment in full via whichever payment method you used. If not, we will impose related fees according to the executable state of your order.

d. Shipping Time--Generally speaking, your order will be shipped out within 1~3 days after payment being confirmed.The international delivery may take 5 to 30 post days via different shipping options (please check the following information for more details about the available shipping methods). Please make sure you have allowed adequate time before your actual dress wearing date. We cannot be held responsible for the delivery time by shipping company. When your order is shipped out, a notification will be sent to the e-mail box you registered on our website. You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the state of order online.

For Middle East area, Africa, Southeast Asia and some small countries, DHL is the best shipping method for you to choose, whose shipping time and shipping cost are the most competitive(DHL does not accept Military address). UPS Delivery times are between 5-7 post days to all major destinations. As UPS was founded in United States, if you want to ship your order to America, Canada, South America and United Kingdom, then UPS is fastest and cheapest express method for you to choose from(UPS does not accept Military address). If you want to ship your order to Southeast Asia which the order weight is over 21kgs, then FedEx is the fastest and cheapest express shipping method (FedEx does not accept Military address). 4. EMS 
EMS Delivery times are between 7-15 post days to all over the world. And the shipping cost will be more competitive to the above 3 express shipping methods (EMS accept Military address). EMS will take 1-2 business days to update the information onto website. You can track EMS packages on your local post office websates.

5. Standard Mail Post

Mail Post Delivery times are between 15-30 post days to all over the world. Although the delivery time is much longer, shipping costs are much lower if this option is chosen.
